Each workout location has one. They make sure core principles stay in tact and that every new man to show up gets a first-rate first impression.

Be F3 Ambassadors. Every man’s first impression of F3 will likely be guided by the work of the site-Q. This is where the rubber really meets the road.
Makes sure that the core principles are kept intact, which is impossible to do if the site Q isn't present.
Plant the flag for the AO, make folks feel welcome, makes sure the disclaimer is correctly spoken, cadence is called, picks up the 6, etc.
Ensure there is always at least one person at each workout
Ensure a Q has been assigned ahead of time (have a backup workout in case the Q falls through)
Ensure new guys are welcomed warmly and followed up with after the workout

Manage the Q schedule/calendar. Practice voluntoldism
Sell the AO, the Qs, and the mission of F3.
Harass Qs to write backblasts, post photos, etc.
Pair FNG's up with someone other than the Pax who EH’d them. Match them with someone of similar fitness when possible.
Update PAX count if the Backblast is not posted in a timely fashion.
Fill the calendar up and focus on pushing the PAX who haven’t Q’d often
Follow up with the 1st F if you have any questions or suggestions. Keep accelerating Site Qs!!
One of F3's saying is "Freed to Lead". If you want to server the region and see a gap in our leadership team, let us know! We'd love to onboard you and enable you to support the region.
Ask these men in leadership how you can help.
