Q vs Q
The Q vs Q challenge, held once a year to challenge your Qing abilities. Each workout designated as a QvQ is split into two twenty minute segments led by two different Q's. At the end of the workout, the PAX who attended vote on which beatdown they liked most. To participate ask when our next QvQ challenge will occur and sign up to Q!

Jog to amphitheater
Through small benches tier :
- Side shuffle through x2
- Two foot jumps x2
Everyone spread out and get their own bench
- two foot jump side to side 1 min
- Quick one foot up and down 1 min
- Sack tap squats 1 min
Jog to small hill area
- Start in a 3 point stance, 5 hill sprints
- 1 bear crawl sprint
Back to amphitheater
Partner up for DORA (below):
- 100 sack tap squats
- 100 incline merkins
- 100 dips
- 100 (1 is 1) Bulgarian squats
